At this point, work that has been done with the government to get businesses back on track is now proving useful. Hygiene policies were put in place long before opening the market. Production started two weeks ago in suburbs and beyond but not in the core of cities. They have put a tiered system in place for finance to allow the clients less exposure to risk, opening up the opportunity to start production once more. Union actors are not allowed on set, so actors are coming from non-union sources, which are plentiful. Teamwork has become very strong between agencies, clients and production companies.
