MCA were invited to work with a popular online fashion retailer, as the Executive Producer, to deliver a large volume of campaign content for paid, owned and earned media platforms in a more streamlined and transparent fashion. The key deliverable was a two-minute film shot in South Africa, with initial post locally, then in London.
In order to keep the production costs in check, we negotiated with social media influencers and their agents to create content directly with our client. We devised agile development processes to accelerate delivery and optimize content creation in real-time. Finally, in-house content creation teams fulfilled social media content flow.
This project was delivered without any agency fees or involvement. We were able to deliver on time at a 22% reduction against original budget, helped by reduced production company markups, as a result of the intelligent production design for the project.
